- Supervisor oversees rigging and lifting activities at site. - Ensuring all operations are executed safely and in line with approved lifting plans, method statements, risk assessments, and permit requirements. - Supervise riggers, signalmen, and other personnel. - Lead pre-job toolbox talks, and coordinate with crane operators, banksmen/signalmen, construction teams, and other departments to support safe lifting. - Supervising related installation activities such as piping fabrication/erection/testing, steel structure erection, mechanical equipment/skid erection, tie-in works, and subcontractor work at both shop and site. - Verify lifting equipment certification and inspection status, maintain lifting documentation, monitor site conditions during lifts, and stop work when unsafe conditions or deviations are identified.
