SPETCO specializes in EPC contract for supply, construction, erection, installation, operation and maintenance of power generation equipment and associated services.  

SPETCO’s completed a contract with Kuwait Ministry of Electricity & Water (MEW) for supply, construction, erection, installation, operation & maintenance of Gas Turbines at MEW Facility located at Doha West Power Station, Kuwait. 

The scope comprised of:  

  • Installation of packages (Turbine-Gearbox-Generator) and its auxiliaries, including lube oil systems, liquid fuel pumps. 
  • In field conversion of Generators from 60 Hz to 50 Hz. 
  • Design of 11Kv Electrical System 
  • Air Compressors Packages 
  • Demineralized Water Treatment Plant 
  • Control Systems for operation & monitoring of plant 
  • Fire Protection System. 
  • Operations & maintenance of the facility.
